• Qualifications and SkillsNurses qualification with a recognized nursing degree or certification (GNM, Bsc Nursing) is mandatory.
• A thorough understanding of general nursing principles and patient care practices.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to develop and deliver patient-centered care.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and medical professionals.
• Knowledge of up-to-date healthcare practices and commitment to continuous learning.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification and strong emergency response skills.
• Required skills include Nursing, ANM, and Msc Nursing with proficiency in industry standards.
• Must have skills include Nurses, GNM, Bsc Nursing (Mandatory skill).

• Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions to healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians or according to the plan of care.
