We are seeking a dedicated Neurological Physiotherapist for a mid-level, fixed-term employment position based in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in neurorehabilitation, including designing and delivering therapy programs for patients with neurological disorders (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques required to restore and enhance the functional movement of neurological patients (Mandatory skill).
• Thorough understanding of neurological examination for evaluating neuromuscular deficits and creating suitable plans (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments to tailor rehabilitation interventions effectively to individual needs.
• Strong competence in providing emotional support and counseling to patients and families navigating neurological conditions.
• Experience in balance rehabilitation to improve postural stability, reduce fall risk, and enhance mobility outcomes.
• Sound knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy techniques relevant to various neurological conditions for optimized patient recovery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams and patients from diverse backgrounds.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed neurological assessments and develop structured, patient-specific treatment plans aimed at maximizing functional independence.
• Implement evidence-based neurorehabilitation and manual therapy interventions focused on motor recovery, coordination, and mobility enhancements.
• Monitor and document patient progress, routinely adjusting therapy protocols to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to deliver holistic care.
• Educate patients and caregivers about home exercise regimes, safety measures, and ongoing care management for sustained recovery.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families dealing with neurological impairments and recovery challenges.
• Engage in regular case discussions, knowledge sharing sessions, and ongoing professional development as per hospital protocols.
• Maintain detailed medical records, adhere to hospital policies, and support organizational objectives of excellence in patient care.
