Job Title: Manager – Executive Health Check-Up (EHC)
Location: Girgaon, Mumbai
Job Summary:
The Manager – Executive Health Check-Up (EHC) is responsible for managing and enhancing the Executive Health Check-Up program. The role involves ensuring seamless patient experience, efficient coordination of health packages, and smooth functioning of all preventive health services, while maintaining high standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end operations of the Executive Health Check-Up (EHC) department.
- Ensure smooth scheduling and coordination of patient appointments across departments.
- Manage patient flow to minimize waiting time and enhance overall experience.
- Coordinate with consultants, diagnostic teams, nursing, and front office for timely service delivery.
- Handle VIP / corporate clients with high service standards and personalized care.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction scores and service quality.
- Design and implement preventive health check-up packages in consultation with medical teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of patient records.
- Address patient queries, concerns, and escalations effectively.
- Drive business growth through corporate tie-ups and package promotions.
- Prepare MIS reports on patient volumes, revenue, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH / JCI standards, and quality guidelines.
- Train and supervise front-line and support staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare / Life Sciences / Hospital Administration.
- Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management (preferred).
Experience:
- 10 –15 years of experience in hospital operations / preventive health check-up / patient services.
- Experience in handling corporate or executive health programs is preferred.
