Job Title: HR Operations Associate

Location: Andheri

Qual:  Graduation & Post Graduation in HR

Desirable: HR certifications

Experience: 5 – 10 years of experience in hospital / healthcare sector


Job Purpose

Be a HR Ops partner working together with the HRBPS and employees to facilitate smooth HR Ops services in system and creating positive employee experience throughout the journey at Andheri Unit.


Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure end to end delivery of HR services in the system
  • Position creation & maintenance of OM in SAP
  • Liaison with Central HR Operations for any changes in the existing position before initiating online onboarding (e.g. changes in employee sub-group, tenure, pay band, OU chief etc.)
  • Maintain employee master data in SAP with accuracy and responsible for all SAP transaction.
  • Document verification of new joiners on joining day
  • Onboarding, transfers, extensions, separations (full & final settlement), retirals, maintenance of employee data & other HR operations activities.
  • Ensure compliance related documentation such as UAN declaration and nomination for PF, gratuity and insurances are completed by new joiners
  • Coordinate with central insurance team in procuring insurance card of employees and guiding them on reimbursement process
  • Maintain contract expiry tracker and initiate contract renewal process in SAP and ensure closure as per the defined TAT
  • Maintain Absconding master data and sharing with respective HRBP’s on a fortnightly / monthly basis
  • Query resolution of employees pertaining to policies, attendance, compensation, salary slips, Form 16, reimbursement process, annual health check-up, full and final settlement etc.
  • Ensure employee query resolution within TAT and escalate as per tracker
  • Prepare bonafide letters of  salary certificate as per requests received from employees
  • Maintain MIS of respective employee group and provide data to stakeholders on need basis (e.g. providing data for engagement celebrations, surveys, scanned copy of documents to Academics Cell etc.)
  • Updation of Confirmation / Probation Extension for Nursing staff any other staff in SAP
  • Submit internal reports on weekly and monthly basis (e.g. weekly update, HR dashboard etc.)
  • Responsible for statutory compliance pertaining to Maharashtra Labour Welfare and Maternity Act
  • Validate attendance records on a monthly basis in system and take appropriate actions. Inform HRBPs for necessary actions
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time


Finance

  • Processing Payroll for Residents, FTC and other staff deputed at RFH, SHH & NSCI or any other locations
  • Validate new joiners data and their CTC on monthly basis
  • Prepare YEXPs related to any engagement activities or as per the operational activities
  • Collect insurance coverage data of all employees and submit it to Central HR Operations within one week of joining
  • Creation of PR for Vendors for HR
  • Ensure Full & Final settlement for left & absconding employees within the TAT
  • Review GL for Hold salary cases / salary advance and coordinate with HR BPS, Finance and Payroll team for timely closure
  • Validate CTC in SAP and ensure correctness. Rectify error if any with information to all concerned
  • Responsible for working calculation for covid, any other allowances as approved by management from time to time
