Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre is a 360-beded, multi-Specialty tertiary care hospital with following thrust areas: Cardiac Sciences, Gastroenterology & Hepatobiliary Sciences, Liver Transplant, Nephro-Urology, Neuro Sciences, Oncology, Orthopedics & Spine, and Woman & Child Health. Position: Housekeeping Executive
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience: 3.00 yrs to 12.00 yrs
Location : Mumbai
Qualification: Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Facility Management or relevant discipline (preferred).
JD:
Operational Management
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations across all hospital areas including wards, ICUs, OTs, OPDs, labs, and administrative areas.
- Ensure adherence to hospital cleanliness protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain hygiene in high-risk zones such as operation theatres and isolation wards.
- Coordinate with the infection control team to implement regular disinfection protocols.
Staff Supervision & Training
- Manage and schedule housekeeping staff including supervisors, attendants, and support staff.
- Conduct training sessions on hospital housekeeping SOPs, biomedical waste handling, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and take corrective actions when necessary.
Inventory & Supplies
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials, PPE, sanitizers, and housekeeping tools.
- Raise requisitions and ensure timely procurement and replenishment of supplies.
- Ensure safe storage and usage of chemicals and cleaning agents.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, or other accreditation standards related to housekeeping.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of hospital premises for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Document incidents, submit reports, and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with nursing staff, maintenance, and infection control teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Attend facility management meetings and provide updates on housekeeping issues.
- Handle patient and visitor complaints related to housekeeping and resolve them promptly.
