Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a recognized medical degree with registration from the Medical Council of India or a relevant state authority.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in patient assessment and management.
  • Must be adaptable to the dynamic environment of a multi-specialty hospital and open to night and weekend shifts.
  • Adept at using electronic health records and staying updated with medical software and technologies.
  • A strong ethical framework and contribution to upholding the hospital's values and standards of patient care.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide primary medical care to in-patients, ensure comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants and other healthcare staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Conduct and assist with medical procedures and interventions following hospital protocols and ethical standards.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in the continuous monitoring and assessment of patient care services, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, demonstrating sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and staying current with medical advancements.
