Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualification must be Graduate and Fresher Graduate can apply.
• Food & Beverage Service (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in serving food and beverages with high standards of hygiene and hospitality in a formal setting.
• Attention to Detail (Mandatory skill): Capability to notice nuances in client preferences, dietary requirements, and ensure top-notch service.
• Guest Relations (Mandatory skill): Outstanding interpersonal skills to build rapport and handle guest requests and concerns efficiently.
• Hospitality: Ability to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients and visitors, going beyond expectations in service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized food and beverage service to hospital guests, patients, and visitors in compliance with established protocols.
• Attend promptly to guest requests, dietary preferences, and ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality, dignity, and respect for all individuals serviced, while upholding hospital values at every interaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen, patient care, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitization, and safety standards in all areas of food and beverage operations.
• Proactively address and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist in setting up meal trays, table service, and room arrangements for guests as required.
• Participate in training sessions for service standards improvement and compliance with hospital guidelines.
