Job Overview
The Female Butler - F&B role is a fixed-term employment opportunity for freshers to join Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre. The position is based in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. The selected candidate will provide world-class food and beverage service in a healthcare setting, emphasizing personalized client care and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification must be Graduate and Fresher Graduate can apply.
- Food & Beverage Service (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in serving food and beverages with high standards of hygiene and hospitality in a formal setting.
- Attention to Detail (Mandatory skill): Capability to notice nuances in client preferences, dietary requirements, and ensure top-notch service.
- Guest Relations (Mandatory skill): Outstanding interpersonal skills to build rapport and handle guest requests and concerns efficiently.
- Hospitality: Ability to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients and visitors, going beyond expectations in service delivery.
- Patient Care: Sensitivity towards patient needs and the ability to provide compassionate assistance while adhering to hospital protocols.
- Client Relations: Skilled in maintaining positive relationships, ensuring guest satisfaction, and professionally addressing any issues.
- Order Management: Organized in taking, processing, and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized food and beverage service to hospital guests, patients, and visitors in compliance with established protocols.
- Attend promptly to guest requests, dietary preferences, and ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality, dignity, and respect for all individuals serviced, while upholding hospital values at every interaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen, patient care, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitization, and safety standards in all areas of food and beverage operations.
- Proactively address and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in setting up meal trays, table service, and room arrangements for guests as required.
- Participate in training sessions for service standards improvement and compliance with hospital guidelines.
