1. Job Purpose

 

Drive the learning and development interventions, processes and support the talent and engagement activities


2. Accountabilities  

Key Responsibilities:

    

  1. Provide employees, managers and business leaders with a high quality, cost effective array of learning and development options (insourced/ outsourced / instructor led and e learning)
  2. Design, Delivery and effectiveness of learning interventions across the organization
  3. Identify People Development needs. (Real-time functional, behavioral needs)
  4. Research & benchmark potential options, internally and externally, and determine the appropriate learning solutions
  5. Deliver/facilitate specific learning interventions for specific employee groups/grades
  6. Effective co-ordination of training rooms, equipment, training materials, guest speakers and outsourced trainers to ensure the smooth running of programme delivery
  7. Create and manage relevant learning materials utilizing a range of methodologies
  8. Identify opportunities and implement improvements to content, programme materials and deliver
  9. Reviews and update training material on a regular basis, (if required) work with external vendors for content creation and contextualization
  10. Accountable for the quality of all learning materials for People Development activities
  11. Demonstrate a highly engaging and interactive training style that ensures retention and application of learning
  12. Proactively maintains the specialist and professional knowledge required to deliver accurate and current training solutions
  13. Share best practice with other team members on a regular basis and networks to understand the bigger L&D / HR picture
  14. Induct all new-joinees within stipulated timelines
  15. Design, deliver and evaluate people orientated L&D interventions in a fast paced, continually developing organization
  16. Design and deliver blended learning solutions to meet the needs of the business
  17. Develop Training Needs analysis document post appraisal process & roll out specific training programs linked to development needs post review

3. Experience & Educational Requirements

 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Necessary:

MBA / PG in Human Resources

 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

Necessary:

15+ years of experience in L&D

Desirable:

At least 3 -4 years preferably from hospital sector
