About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager – Projects to lead large-scale civil and interior works . This leadership role demands strong technical expertise, cross-functional coordination, and executional excellence in high-end commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management for civil and interior works – from planning to handover.
• Drive execution excellence across multiple sites while adhering to quality, cost, and timeline benchmarks.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless coordination.
• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Manage budgets, resources, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety regulations.
• Implement best practices in project monitoring, reporting, and risk mitigation.
