1. Job Purpose

The Finance Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial operations at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital, Jamnagar. This includes financial reporting, accounting, taxation, audits, analytics, and general financial management to ensure compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

2. Accountabilities

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.

- Oversee finance and accounting operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Manage statutory and internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Handle direct and indirect taxation matters including filings and assessments.

- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and operational efficiency.

- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and adherence to policies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards

- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel

- Effective communication and leadership abilities

4. Experience & Educational Requirements

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA with 8–12 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.

- Experience in managing audits, taxation, and financial reporting.

- Exposure to hospital finance operations will be an added advantage.

5. Scope of Work

The Finance Lead will be responsible for managing the financial health of the hospital, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to support operational and business decisions. The role includes oversight of MIS, accounting, taxation, audits, analytics, and general financial administration.
