1. Design & Engineering
- Design HT/LT electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, earthing, and backup systems (DG/UPS)
- Review electrical drawings, SLDs, and technical specifications
2. Project Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute electrical works as per project timelines
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and interior teams for smooth project delivery
3. Load Calculation & System Analysis
- Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and fault analysis
- Optimize power usage and improve energy efficiency
4. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Manage electrical contractors and suppliers
- Review technical bids and ensure quality of materials and installation
5. Quality Control
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design and quality standards
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities
6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards such as Bureau of Indian Standards and IEC
- Implement safety procedures and conduct risk assessments
7. Testing & Commissioning
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems
- Ensure proper documentation and system functionality
8. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
9. Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare BOQs, reports, and technical documentation
- Maintain records of inspections, testing, and compliance
10. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders
