Job Title: Contact Centre Executive

Location: Mumbai

Department: Contact Centre / Patient Services

Experience: 0–7 years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline


Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Contact Centre Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist patients/customers with queries, appointments, and service requests, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and billing queries
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate when required
  • Maintain proper documentation and call records
  • Follow communication scripts and quality standards

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Experience in healthcare/contact centre preferred


Bachelor's Degree Mandatory
