Assistant Manager – Corporate Marketing


Department: Marketing & Business Development

Location: Mumbai


Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Corporate Marketing to drive business growth through corporate partnerships, insurance empanelments, and strategic outreach initiatives. The role involves building strong relationships with corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, and key decision-makers while ensuring smooth coordination with hospital teams to enhance the overall patient experience


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage corporate clients including PSUs, private companies, TPAs, insurance firms, aggregators, and institutions

• Drive corporate tie-ups for Executive Health Check-ups, wellness programs, and long-term healthcare partnerships.

• Manage end-to-end empanelment processes, ensuring complete documentation and timely approvals.

• Strengthen relationships with HR/Admin Heads, Medical Officers, and CXOs.

• Execute branding and promotional activities within corporate ecosystems.

• Lead corporate marketing activities such as wellness camps, webinars, on-site activation programs, and health awareness initiatives.

• Collaborate with OPD/IPD/EHC teams to ensure seamless patient service delivery.

• Act as a single point of contact between corporates and internal hospital departments.

• Maintain MIS, track targets, and present monthly dashboards to senior management.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field)

• 3–10 years of experience in corporate marketing or business development


Working Conditions:

• Individual contributor role

• Office-based with regular field visits

• Coverage: Mumbai + assigned territories


Key Performance Indicators:

• Corporate tie-ups and empanelments

• Revenue generated from corporate clients

• Corporate engagement activities (camps, events, activations)

• Client satisfaction and repeat engagement

• Timely MIS reporting and target achievement
