Transformation Project Manager (PMP & Data Analytics Expertise)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Manager with demonstrated expertise in PMP methodologies, project management tools, and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in service development, driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery using PMP best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risk assessments, and communication plans.
• Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights, evaluate performance, forecast outcomes, and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive service development initiatives by collaborating with product managers, UX/UI teams, engineering, operations, and other key stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, user-story development, and service blueprinting for new or enhanced service offerings.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; establish mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and project steering committees.
• Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational objectives while maintaining a strong customer-centric focus.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, sprint reviews, stand-ups, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
• Continuously evaluate project processes, implement improvements, and promote a culture of operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential (e.g., Prince2).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, including at least 2+ years in service development.
• Proficiency with PMP tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of service lifecycle development, service delivery models, and customer experience considerations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments.
• Background in digital transformation, IT services, or product development.
• Familiarity with automation, predictive analytics, and process optimization methodologies.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or Lean Six Sigma.
