Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Associate in Nephrology to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time role is ideal for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in nephrology care. Candidates will work under the guidance of established nephrologists, engaging in patient care and assessment across Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, and Navi Mumbai locations.

Qualifications and Skills

• MBBS +MD Medicine +DM in Nephrology required
• Proficiency in nephrology basics to support patient care and assist lead nephrologists effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Capability in patient counseling to communicate treatment plans and options with clarity and empathy (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in managing acute kidney injuries with a focus on providing timely and effective care (Mandatory skill).
• Strong clinical assessment skills to evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate clinical plans.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment approaches.
• Adherence to infection control practices to minimize risks and ensure patient and staff safety.
• Commitment to medical ethics in all patient interactions, preserving confidentiality and integrity in medical practice.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic hospital environment, continuously enhancing nephrology expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist nephrologists in the diagnosis and management of various kidney-related conditions.
• Implement patient care plans as directed by the nephrology team, ensuring efficient and effective treatment delivery.
• Support in performing clinical assessments and monitoring patient progress under supervision.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure consistency in patient care.
• Participate in patient rounds, case discussions, and other educational activities to enhance clinical skills.
• Adhere to hospital policies and protocols, maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.
• Conduct research and contribute to ongoing studies related to nephrology under guidance.
