Job Title: Call Centre Executive


Department: Contact Centre / Patient Services


Location: Reliance Foundation Hospital Trust, Girgaon, Mumbai


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with appointments and queries, and ensure a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with departments
  • Resolve patient queries and provide accurate information
  • Maintain call logs and patient records in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to concerned teams


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in call centre/customer service (healthcare preferred)
  • Good communication skills in English and local language
  • Basic computer knowledge


Work Schedule:

  • Rotational shifts
  • 6 days working
