Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Butler with a Graduate Diploma to join our esteemed team on a fixed-term employment basis. The successful candidate will provide high standards of personal service to hospital guests and patients. The role is based in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, requiring a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience, and involves ensuring superior guest comfort in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven knowledge and strict adherence to hygiene practices, critical for maintaining cleanliness and safety at all stages of service (Mandatory skill).
• Prior experience in interacting with VIP guests, providing customized attention to ensure highest levels of satisfaction and privacy (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in aligning services to anticipated client needs and the ability to adapt to unique requirements for seamless guest experiences (Mandatory skill).
• Prior experience delivering bedside assistance, including patient comfort and basic mobility support, fostering a caring environment.
• Proficiency in room preparedness, ensuring guest and patient rooms are maintained to exacting standards before and during occupancy.
• Strong skills in food arrangement, coordinating meal delivery and presentation tailored to the dietary needs and preferences of guests.
• Ability to provide patient care by addressing specific needs promptly and with compassion, contributing to the overall well‑being of guests.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, enabling effective liaison between guests, patients, medical staff, and auxiliary services.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards are met in cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience.
• Capability to work discreetly and professionally, respecting privacy while maintaining a supportive, attentive presence at all times.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable guest service by anticipating and fulfilling individual needs for hospital patients and VIP guests in a healthcare setting.
• Adhere strictly to established hygiene and sanitation protocols throughout all interactions and service processes.
• Deliver bedside assistance, including support with mobility and comfort measures, ensuring safety and dignity for all patients.
• Prepare, maintain, and reset patient and guest rooms to meet set standards for cleanliness, safety, and comfort at all times.
• Manage food arrangement, delivery, and presentation, coordinating closely with dietary staff to serve meals according to health and cultural requirements.
• Align all services with guests’ and patients’ specific needs, ensuring responsiveness and seamless execution of daily tasks.
• Facilitate discreet and high-quality services for VIP guests, maintaining confidentiality and exceeding expectations in every encounter.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare and administrative teams to ensure comprehensive care and prompt issue resolution.
• Respond to urgent requests or emergencies promptly, prioritizing guest and patient safety under all circumstances.
• Collaborate with other butlers, housekeeping, and service staff to optimize workflow and uphold the hospital’s commitment to Respect for Life.
