Qual: MBA in Marketing 

Exp: 5 - 8 yrs. marketing experience in Healthcare , Experience in Channel Marketing ,service marketing

Job Purpose

Implementing marketing and business development strategies ensuring they are in conformance with vision, mission and objectives of the hospital

Identify and develop the sales channels and marketing efforts with the communities and referral business partners to help them promote RFH services locally. 

To do market analysis for domestic competitors offerings and proposals in order to sustain and grow the business diaspora of RFH

Ensure RFH mission, vision, programs, and services are consistently presented in strong and positive image

Work across markets by engaging with doctors, community, clubs, associations etc to ensure the brand has a presence and a recall value

To organize end-to-end camps, talks across markets to ensure footfalls to the hospital


Key Responsibilities:

 Customer 

  • Ensure highest customer satisfaction of the referrals through effective engagement and timely query resolution 

Financial

  • Contribute towards revenue growth through referral sales as per the set target

Operations

  • Continuously scan environment and evaluate business opportunities for long term sustainable growth

  • Identify collaboration opportunities with secondary and tertiary care hospitals
  • Identify, meet and engage the referral sources and establish tie ups to maximize business
  • Develop and enhance relationship with the various referral sources through various schemes and events
  • Enhance referrals from G.P’s, Nursing Homes, Chemists and other institutions as decided by the management, within & outside Mumbai on an ongoing basis
  • Prepare groundwork for organizing CME’s, medical camps, and other COP’s (Community of Practice) with local bodies and physician forums, within and outside Mumbai
  • Collect competitive market information and analyze opportunities and threats
  • Develop and present revenue / occupancy forecasting from referrals
  • Achieve set targets, such as percentage of referral patients from nursing homes and G.P’s and other institutions as decided by management
  • Prepare yearly, monthly sales plan for management reporting
  • Implement monthly sales and forward action plan
  • Benchmark hospital’s marketing activities, performance against industry best practices and suggest improvement
  • Attend networking events / seminars / exhibitions and ensure that Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research center services remain on top of the mind for key decision makers in the Healthcare sector
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by the HOD
