Qual: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BMS / B.Sc)

Desirable: PG Diploma in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Finance / Training in HIS/SAP Billing Module

Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in hospital billing (OPD/IPD/TPA) with exposure to TPA/cashless, IP discharge billing & audits

Salary: 5LPA - 10 LPA

Job Summary

Responsible for OPD, IPD, Emergency, and TPA/Cashless billing, ensuring accurate charge capture, timely billing, cashiering, documentation, and patient coordination as per hospital policies

Key Responsibilities

• OPD, IPD & Emergency billing and discharge bill preparation
• TPA / Cashless approvals, enhancements, and final billing
• Advance, deposit, refund handling and bill closure
• Cash, card, UPI collections and daily reconciliation
• Billing documentation, audit support, and MIS reporting
• Patient and internal department coordination

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Hospital Billing (OPD/IPD/TPA)
• Knowledge of hospital tariffs, packages, and insurance billing
• Hands-on experience with HIS / EMR systems
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
