We currently have openings for ‘Audiologist and Speech Therapist’, details for the same are given below

Candidates Requirement: -

-         BASLP/MASLP/Masters in Audiology/Masters in Speech language pathology

-         2-5 years post BASLP/MASLP /Masters in Audiology/Masters in Speech language pathology

Job Profile: -

Carry out therapy sessions on out-patient basis, perform appropriate diagnostic procedures such as FEES, BERA etc. and therapeutic procedures such as Electrical stimulation etc. as per the approved clinical privileges

Conduct regular ward rounds and therapy on patients as needed and as per reference.

Deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services as per hospital guidelines such that it facilitates efficient patient flow and meets treatment objectives.

Maintain and update documentation in Hospital Information System with respect to assigned clinical responsibilities including patient history, clinical assessment, progress notes, investigations, discharge advise and any other medical records.

Collate and analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose disorder of the patient.

Prescribe or administer therapy, and other specialized comprehensive rehabilitation care to treat / prevent / limit illness, disorder, or injury, identifying patient’s risk status and recommend appropriate intervention to minimize risk as per patient’s clinical requirement.

Explain procedures, carry out and discuss test results and prescribe appropriate diagnostic / therapeutic procedures with patient and family.

Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate therapies as necessary. Refer patient to other specialist as and when required after due intimation and explanation to patient / family.

Ensure accurate exchange of information during care transition and transfer of patients ensuring patient privacy & confidentiality is protected at all times.

Work collaboratively with other disciplines and health professionals to develop effective and appropriate multidisciplinary therapeutic plans for patients.

Participate in interdepartmental meetings, committees and perform all the responsibilities as assigned

Promote and follow use of evidence based practice to ensure patient safety
