We currently have opening for ‘Andrologist', details for the same are given below

Candidates Requirement: -

-         BSc in biomedical sciences

-         3 years’ experience, preferably in hospital / healthcare sector.

Job Profile: -

Adhere to departmental policies and procedures to ensure continuous, safe and quality services to clinical care facilities.

Execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

All records, charts, forms, reports, consent letters and all other documents required to be maintenance with PCPNDT maintenance.

Collect and document the service report of the maintenance activities carried out by vendor for respective equipment.

Actively monitoring and maintaining the QA/QC of the andrology lab on daily basis.

To check the receipt and to perform semen analysis, preparation, freezing, storage and documentation

Monitor the standard operating procedures (SOPs.

Correct Diagnosis and preparation of semen samples for ART procedures.

Controlling stocks of materials and reagents, preparing list of orders every month.

Knowledge on health regulations, ensuring the compliance of laboratory activities with respect to the current guidelines.

Active participation in upgraded technology/ equipment, on introducing new practices in the department.

Carry out critical root cause analysis of repeated breakdown event to understand and overcome the frequent clinical issues.
