Job Overview

We are seeking a Juniorto Mid Level Anaesthesia Pain Management Clinical Assistant/ Associate based in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Navi Mumbai, Pune, or Ahmedabad. The role is full-time and requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The position involves providing support in anaesthesia administration and pain management within a dynamic medical environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in anesthesia administration to ensure patient comfort and safety during medical procedures.
• Sound knowledge of pharmacology, particularly in drugs used in anesthesia and pain management.
• Strong patient monitoring skills to track vital signs and respond to any changes (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in pain management techniques to provide relief and enhance patient care outcomes (Mandatory skill).
• Emergency response skills to promptly address and manage unexpected complications (Mandatory skill).
• Critical care expertise for handling complex and urgent care situations with confidence.
• Effective team collaboration to work seamlessly with medical professionals and support staff.
• Strong decision-making capabilities to assess situations and determine appropriate interventions quickly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of anesthesia and monitor patient responses during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with pain management teams to develop and implement patient pain relief plans.
• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs to swiftly identify and address abnormalities or complications.
• Employ emergency response procedures to handle adverse reactions or unexpected emergencies effectively.
• Communicate with patients, explaining procedures and reassuring them during anesthesia or pain management processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of anesthesia events and patient responses for accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care and refined treatment plans.
