Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary located in Ahmedabad. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining records, and facilitating communication between the company and its stakeholders. Other tasks include organizing and preparing agendas for board meetings, taking minutes, and providing administrative support to the board of directors.

Qualifications:

• Min. 3 years of experience as a company secretary
• Knowledge of corporate governance and company law
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and other office software
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Company Secretary certification or relevant degree
