Sales and Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years experience in selling products to customers in Modern roofing, Building Material. Your job will involve interacting with customers in-person, on phone and via social media channels. Your goal will be to meet or exceed the revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers on regular basis maintaining high level of engagement.
• Support Team members.
• Meeting Architects for Building Relationship and Generating Long term Business.
• Provide customer insights about products and correct installation practises.
• Meeting Retail partners and Increasing sales.
• Meeting Consultants and Generating Project based Sales.

Requirements & Skills

• Graduate
• High energy and people interaction skills in-person and on the phone
• Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi
• Track record of achieving sales targets
• Flexibility to work for extended hours and on weekends
• Basic knowledge of computers, billing.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Own 2 wheeler required.
• Comfortable in Travelling to Peenya and In and around Bangalore.

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English, Hindi, Kannada (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
