Business Development Executive/Assistant Manager
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience in selling products to customers in Modern roofing, Building Material. Your job will involve interacting with customers in-person, on phone and via social media channels. Your goal will be to meet or exceed the revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide accurate information on product features, pricing and understanding customer needs.
- Meeting customers on regular basis.
- Answer customer questions about specific products, upsell and cross sell products
- Provide customer insights
- Managing customer returns
- Cash and customer payments reconciliation
Requirements & Skills
- Graduate
- High energy and people interaction skills in-person and on the phone
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Flexibility to work for extended hours and on weekends
- Basic knowledge of computers, billing.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Own 2 wheeler required.
- Comfortable in Travelling to Peenya and In and around Bangalore.
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- English, Hindi, Kannada (Required)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
