Job Title: Business Development Manager (remote + 50-60% traveling – Field Sales)

Day Shift: Monday to Friday (10:00 am - 6:30 pm), Saturday (10:00 am - 3:30 pm)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDM to join our team at revmerito. As a key player in our revenue management division, the chosen candidate will be responsible for expanding our business and establishing a strong presence in the hotel industry. The role will primarily focus on cultivating relationships with 3-star & above hotels, fostering collaborations, and driving revenue growth through effective online distribution strategies. Each candidate will be responsible for expanding our business and establishing a strong presence in the hotel industry within their designated state.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Identify and engage with 3-star and above hotels in the assigned regions to promote our revenue management services.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet targets and expand our market presence.
- Present and promote our revenue management services to hotels, emphasizing the benefits and value proposition.
- Ability to generate leads, negotiate and close deals with hotels to secure partnerships for revenue management services.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for both the company and hotel partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new hotel partners and effective delivery of revenue management services.
- Strong understanding of the hotel functionality and market trends in their respective cities.
- Emphasize how our services can enhance online visibility, drive bookings, and optimize revenue for hotels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in SAAS / Hotel Technology sales / Hotel Revenue Management Sales / OTAs.
- Established network and connections within the hotel industry trends in your respective regions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Understanding of online travel agencies (OTAs) and online distribution channels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
