Internship information 

We are recruiting for Management Consulting Intern Analyst for various industries  

 

Education

2 to 3 Months of Internship Assignment.  

After the successful completion of the internship, we will onboard the candidate onto Analyst and consulting roles on the basis of performance.

During the internship, we will validate the capability of the candidates for management consulting roles through various assignments. 

 

Education Criteria 

MBA or Business Degree from a reputed university 

 

What you will be learning during Internship 

 

We will also provide you with experience and knowledge of industry consulting practices during this period. Candidates will be working with real clients on live projects across the UK, Europe, the US and Asia. 

 

Along with this you will also be learning the below skills 

 

1. Problem-solving skills: Business analysts need to be able to identify and evaluate problems within an organization and develop solutions to address them. 

2. Critical thinking: This involves the ability to analyze information, identify patterns, and evaluate options to make informed business decisions. 

3. Communication skills: Business analysts must be skilled in both written and verbal communication to effectively gather requirements, convey recommendations, and facilitate meetings with stakeholders. 

4. Relationship-building skills: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders is crucial for gathering accurate and complete information and ensuring stakeholder buy-in. 

5. Facilitation skills: Business analysts often facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, and resolve conflicts, so strong facilitation skills are essential. 

6. Data analysis skills: The ability to analyze and interpret data helps business analysts to identify trends and insights to support decision-making. 

7. Technical skills: Business analysts may need technical skills in areas such as database management, data modeling, or software development to understand and communicate with technical teams. 

8. Documentation skills: Clear and accurate documentation is crucial for capturing requirements, design specifications, and business process flows. 

9. Adaptability: Business analysts need to be flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities. 

10. Project management skills: Business analysts often work on projects, so having a basic understanding of project management principles and processes is beneficial. 

11. Technology skills; 

Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word , Excel) 


12. Presentation skills: Consultants often need to present their findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Strong presentation skills, including effective storytelling, visual communication, and confident delivery, are essential to convey information and persuade others.
