Position: Management Consulting Intern

Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated MBA candidates to join our consulting team as Management Consulting Interns. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to consulting practices across multiple industries, offering hands-on experience with real-world projects. Successful candidates will gain invaluable skills in business transformation, strategy, and operations, preparing them for a potential full-time consulting position in the UK or US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Project Delivery:
- Support consulting teams on live client engagements across various industries, including Retail, Finance, Healthcare, and Technology.
- Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies, transformation initiatives, and operational improvements .
- Data Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and benchmarking to provide insights into industry trends and best practices .
- Prepare presentations, reports, and client deliverables that effectively communicate findings and recommendations .
- Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, gather requirements, and contribute to solution development .
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, assisting with facilitation and documentation .
- Methodology Application:
- Apply the Modus Business Transformation Method Framework to client projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices .
- Utilize Modus Enterprise Transformation Platform tools to support project management, change management, and value chain analysis .
- Professional Development:
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance consulting skills, industry knowledge, and professional growth .
- Collaborate with mentors and senior consultants to receive feedback and guidance on career development .
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA from a recognized institution with a focus on Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with business analysis and project management tools is a plus.
