Previous site experience of 1 to 2 years (Solar installation/electrical ) 

●Knowledge of AutoCAD software 

●Possess strong communication, literacy and numerical skills  

●Ability to liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders to ensure delivery and project dates are adhered to the company' s standard.

●Knowledge and / or previous experience in electrical, metal fabrication and construction 

●Ability to read and convert 2D and 3D models from different formats including hand drawn sketches, samples and other CAD software 

●Ability to work within tight deadlines 

●Highly motivated, proactive, hands on approach and attitude 

●Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt 

●Having experience in multiple practical projects (design, build and operate) or electrical/electronic/solar workshops during Bachelor’s or Master’s is advantageous   

Responsible for: 

●Performing site survey 

●Documentation in all aspects of the project (finance, design, drawing, quality control and handover) 

●Scheduling and managing material supply and labor 

●Quality and control checks to ensure the project adheres to Company's Energy’s quality 

standards. 

●Ensuring Safety measures and standards are conforming to norms 

●Ensuring nesting is as economical as possible to ensure minimum wastage 

Mandatory Pre-requisites:  

●Proficient in English - Reading, writing and speaking  

●Speaking Proficiency - Hindi and Kannada  

●Bachelor’s degree in any of the field - Renewable, Electrical/Electronics 

●Skilled in using Google Sheets, Slides and Docs 

●Owning a 2 wheeler is a must.
