<ul><li>Designs, plans, installs, and/or maintains mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure systems in mission-critical, high-risk, or high-reliability environments such as data centers or utilities infrastructure.</li><li>Repairing of all systems and monitoring and troubleshooting systems as problems arise.</li><li>Ensures implementation of preventive maintenance on equipment.</li><li>Conducts routine inspections on the equipment rooms, data center, UPS room and production areas.</li><li>Complies with organizational and governmental safety standards.</li><li>Monitor and assess all facility equipment and installations in the facility are in good working condition.</li><li>Coordinates with building administration to ensure common area services are properly provided to client and list services.</li><li>Manages the feedback, response and corrective action (if any) process to address any client feedback and concerns on all facility matters.</li><li>Assists in timely reporting of facility management operations and necessary metric reports to management.</li><li>Monitors housekeeping program for assigned facility aligned to client requirements, Reshamandi standards and industry’s best practices.</li><li>Coordinates with client on housekeeping schedule and specialized work (e.g., carpet, cleaning pest control).</li><li>Assists in arranging security guidelines for security and closed-circuit television for client approval.</li><li>Assists in ensuring facility assets and installations are accounted for and monitored within the relevant policies and reporting procedures.</li><li>Complete work order requests accurately and on time and within budget.</li><li>Order parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Assist in scheduling and supervising vendors/subcontractors during equipment / systems maintenance and service.</li><li>Provides recommendation of improvements to the operations and maintenance program on an on-going basis.</li><li>Respond quickly, using Reshamandi procedures or emergency operating procedures to data center facility emergencies.</li></ul>
