Job Title: IP Email Marketing Executive

Location: Noida Office

Educational & experience requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

· 2–3 years of experience in email marketing, business development, or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute email campaigns and manage email marketing strategies.

· Utilize email merger tools and analytical/database tools effectively.

· Research and identify potential clients through various online sources (to be learned on the job through training and experience).

· Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, and conversion rates.

· Maintain and optimize marketing databases for targeted outreach.

· Collaborate closely with the IPSS team to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.

· Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and other email marketing regulations.

Required Skill Set:

· Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and online networking tools.

· Expertize in cold emailing, follow-up sequences, and email personalization for higher response rates.

· Knowledge of lead generation tactics, including segmentation and targeted outreach.

· Ability to send regular MIS reports to all stakeholders as per agreed requirements.
