Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Engineer – Civil with 1 to 5 years of relevant industry experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures across project sites in North India. Proficiency in Hindi will be considered an added advantage to facilitate effective communication at site locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans in line with organizational and client standards.
• Conduct site inspections, material inspections, and testing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure all deliverables meet the established quality parameters.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and third-party inspectors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including inspection reports, test reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), corrective actions, and other QA/QC documentation.
• Conduct regular audits and support internal and external quality assessments.
• Monitor workmanship and material quality, ensuring corrective actions are taken for deviations.
• Train and guide site personnel in QA/QC best practices and standards.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC roles within the Civil/Construction industry.
• Sound understanding of IS codes, quality standards, and construction processes.
• Ability and willingness to be stationed at project sites across Northern India.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with QA/QC software tools.
• Strong communication, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Hindi is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
