Position Overview:

We are seeking applications for the role of Junior Engineer – Civil with 1 to 3 years of professional experience. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting site execution activities, ensuring technical compliance, and assisting in project documentation at various project sites located across Northern India. Knowledge of Hindi will be considered an added advantage for effective coordination at project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor site work to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of daily progress reports, material records, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure timely execution of works.
• Assist in planning and scheduling site activities in alignment with project timelines.
• Perform quantity take-offs, verification of contractor bills, and material reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with all site safety, quality, and environmental protocols.
• Report any deviations, delays, or quality issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager promptly.
• Participate in site inspections, audits, and technical reviews as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in civil site engineering or related construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, construction methodologies, and site management practices.
• Willingness to be deployed at project sites across Northern India.
• Working proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic understanding of AutoCAD is desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Fluency in Hindi will be considered a strong advantage for communication at project sites.
