Your key responsibilities:

• Analyze: Collaborate with product owners / product managers / Client success managers to comprehensively analyze customer needs. • Design: Create an innovative, scalable and secure technology solution that meets customer needs. • Build: Develop the most challenging and crucial part of the technology solution. The code should be adhering to Rently coding standards, clean, high-quality, high-performance and maintainable. • Leadership: mentor and guide our junior team members. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback. • Continuous improvement: We are always looking to do things better, so you will be encouraged to identify and take on projects in this direction

Skills Required

• 3+ years hands on experience in Ruby Rails. • Proven experience in developing large scale web applications with Ruby on Rails and related technologies. • Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies • Ability to provide thought leadership, organize, and prioritize work • PostgreSQL expertise • GIT or other source control
