Responsibilities:
- Handling customers via inbound and outbound calls & Emails related to Pickups, delivery schedule, Recovery & Defaults.
- Basic handling of OPS MIS and Excel data entry.
- Direct interaction with the internal core teams for including the Finance team.
- Drafting Mails and Templates for recovery process.
Requirement:
- Good with basic excel and data entry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Flexible for working at the warehouse
- 9 hours working shift (Saturday and Sunday working)
