Job Overview

Seeking a Personal Assistant to MD with 1-3 years of experience at Renown Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara. This is a full-time position in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company with 200+ employees. Salary range: Competitive based on experience and skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the MD in daily tasks, scheduling, and communication
• Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for the MD
• Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Support in email correspondence and other administrative tasks as needed
