Job Summary:

Renewbuy is seeking a skilled and strategic Training and Quality Manager to lead our initiatives in employee development and quality assurance. This managerial role is critical in shaping a high-performance culture within the organization, ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel, while also maintaining the highest standards of service quality and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Training Development:
  • Design and implement innovative training programs tailored to diverse teams, enhancing overall employee competency
  • Lead training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads to align with business objectives and improve team performance

  • Quality Assurance Leadership:
  • Establish and manage quality assurance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Conduct audits and quality assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
  • Champion continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency and foster a culture of excellence within the organization
  • Implement feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to drive employee engagement and facilitate ongoing development

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze training effectiveness and quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on training outcomes and quality performance to inform strategic decision-making

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
  • Foster partnerships with various departments to ensure seamless training and quality initiatives that support organizational success
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to promote a unified vision of quality and continuous improvement


Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in training development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in an insurance B2C process
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training effectiveness and quality metrics
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
