Responsibilities:<ul><li>Strategic Planning:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Participate in the development of the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Identify and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends in the IT landscape, particularly relevant to the NBFC sector.</li><li>IT Operations and Infrastructure:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Implement and maintain IT security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Monitor system performance and identify potential issues, taking proactive steps to address them.</li><li>Project Management:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Participate in IT project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring successful implementation within budget and timeframe.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Manage and lead assigned IT projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.</li><li>Collaboration and Communication:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and provide appropriate IT support.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration with external service providers.</li></ul>III. Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and project management, preferably within the NBFC or financial services industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.</li><li>Experience with relevant IT tools and technologies used in the financial services sector (e.g., Loan Management Systems, Core Banking Systems).</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
