Job Overview

Reliance New Energy is seeking a mid-level Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time position responsible for managing the entire recruitment process to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience. The role demands exceptional skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment among others.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, including advanced search techniques on various platforms. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidate capabilities. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong ability in candidate assessment to determine suitability and fit for specific roles.
  • Expertise in talent pipelining to ensure continual availability of top-tier candidates for future needs.
  • Experience in employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to manage offers and close positions effectively.



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
  • Screen and interview potential candidates to assess cultural fit and competency.
  • Develop talent pipelines to anticipate future hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill for positions.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to position Reliance New Energy as an employer of choice.
  • Facilitate effective negotiation and closing of job offers to ensure candidate acceptance and satisfaction.
  • Oversee onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.
