Job Purpose

PMO will lead the planning, governance, coordination, and execution of Industrial Engineering activities for greenfield and brownfield manufacturing projects. The role will ensure stakeholder alignment, effective risk management, budget control, and timely project delivery from concept development through commissioning and ramp-up.


Key Accountabilities, Roles & Responsibilities


A. Requirements Gathering & Analysis :


  1. Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data, including budgets, schedules, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
  2. Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  3. Develop project dashboards and management reports to support decision-making.


B. Coordination & Communication Management :

  1. Collaborate closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors,

and project managers.

2 .Define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, timelines, and budgets.


C. Industrial Engineering-Specific Coordination :

  1. Coordinate and monitor activities related to Plant and warehouse layout development ; capacity planning; manpower planning; logistics and material flow planning; warehouse design and optimization.
  2. Track and review key engineering deliverables, including Design Basis Reports (DBR) ,User Requirement Specifications (URS) Layout Drawings , Material Flow Studies .


D. Program & Project Management :

  1. Manage multiple projects and programs to ensure optimal utilization of resources and return on investment.
  2. Drive project governance, milestone tracking, and execution excellence.


E. MIS & Performance Reporting :

1.Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and MIS reports.

2 .Track project KPIs, schedules, resource utilization, and financial performance.


F. Experience in Manpower planning based on Takt Time , Line Balancing , Bottleneck Cycle Time

(BCT) Reduction , Standard Work Combination Table (SWCT) Analysis.


Preferred Experience :

 4–10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, or PMO functions within a manufacturing environment.


Mandatory Qualification :

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
