Key Responsibilities:

·  Ensure the implementation of safety procedures and processes (Workplace safety & Waste

management), in the fields

·  Monitor & troubleshoot all process parameters and equipment condition for smooth operation of the

plant.

·  Review operations records such as log books, blind register, hose register, LOTO register, trip by-

pass records.

·  Understanding of chiller systems, cooling towers, thermal heaters, demineralized water generation

and di-ionized water generation packages, multistage compression and distillation process.

·  Experience with distillation columns with re-boilers, Vaporizer, multistage gas compression, Experience in Managing batch preparation systems, product storage and handling systems, loading and unloading, handling of Hazardous and toxic chemicals, cooling tower operations

Preferred Qualifications : B.E. in Chemical Engineering with 4 Years of Relevant work experience or Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 8 years of Relevant work experience .
