Key Responsibilities:

·    Plan improvement trials w.r.t higher throughput, change of raw material, better yield, lower energy

consumption and new products & packaging etc.in coordination with maintenance/CTS/product

development and marketing group.

·    Develop and implement EED’s covering plant and upstream and downstream units in coordination

with CTS/maintenance and other plants.

·    Track Leading and Lagging Indicators for Safe performance of plant and implement solutions to

bridge the gap.

·    Ensure correction of key repetitive process deviations and process failures through Root cause

Analysis and also ensure that maintenance failures are addressed thru RCA

·    Understanding of chiller systems, cooling towers, thermal heaters, demineralized water generation

and di-ionized water generation packages, multistage compression and distillation processes.

·    Experience with distillation columns with re-boilers, Vaporizer, multistage gas compression,

Experience in Managing batch preparation systems, product storage and handling systems,

loading and unloading, handling of Hazardous and toxic chemicals, cooling tower operations etc.

Preferred Qualifications : B.E. with 10 Years of Relevant work experience or Diploma Engineering with 13 years of Relevant work experience .
