Job Description & KRA

1.      Identify locations for small and large properties as per requirement,

2.      Ensure best rates for properties (Lease or purchase),

3.      Conduct joint survey with planning and construction team,

4.      Ensure document completion and other legal compliances,

5.      Resolve issues related to land with the landowners and authorities.

6.      Support and manage functional activities of field staff for Joint visits,

7.      Coordinate with construction, finance and operations team for Plant/MTCC/EP land.

8.      Complete agreements with the owners.

9.      Register the agreements for the Plants/MTCC/EP Lands.

10.  Resolve the disputes of the land (if any) with the authorities.

11.  Ensure Tax/Revenue payments for the Land Purchased Leased.

12.  The conversion of the NA from agriculture to non-agriculture

13.  Complete the registration of the captive land.

14.  Handle the Litigation issues and present in the courts (if any)

15.  Renewals of agreements of CBG Plant MTCC/EP (Leased Land)

16.  Measurement of land to completed for allotted land by the Government Authorities

17.  Owner issues need to be handled post-acquisition

18.  Gram Panchayat NOC to be procured for the land allotted CBG/EP/MTCC.

19.  Change of name wherever land has been purchased (7/12, Khatauni)

20.  Other related works of revenue and government authorities.

21.  Coordinate with local counsels for registration of SD/LD and related registration,

22.  Collect documents from landowners and hand over records needed for DDR.

23.  Facilitate notarization, certified copies and other land-related paperwork required by Legal.

24.  Assist Legal in liaising with local government offices and authorities for operational follow-ups related to land issues.
