Job Purpose:

Manager Infra (Compute & Storage) is responsible for overseeing compute and storage infrastructure across assigned geographical clusters or functional areas. The role ensures consistent performance, availability, and efficiency of infrastructure operations within their scope, aligning with overall enterprise IT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage day-to-day operations of servers, virtualization, and storage systems within assigned region or plants

·      Ensure backup, recovery, patching, and capacity planning are executed effectively

·      Collaborate with central teams to enforce security standards and infrastructure policies

·      Troubleshoot issues and coordinate incident resolution to minimize downtime

·      Supervise local infrastructure teams or support partners

·      Contribute to infrastructure upgrades and standardization efforts across sites

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT

·      6–8 years of experience in infrastructure or system administration roles

·      Hands-on experience with compute (VMs/Hypervisors), storage (SAN/NAS), and backup systems

·      Familiarity with ITIL practices and infrastructure monitoring tools

·      Strong coordination and communication skills for managing distributed teams
