Lead - Asset Creation – UP (Multiple Locations)

Job Purpose:

Manage bioenergy project execution in Uttar Pradesh, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and coordination across engineering and stakeholder teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering tasks from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory norms.

Critical Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge in renewable energy systems.
• Experience in project execution and site coordination.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.

Ideal Background:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• 8–15 years in project engineering, preferably in bioenergy or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with project tools, safety norms, and UP regulations.

Key Metrics:

• Timely achievement of project milestones.
• Quality compliance across deliverables.
• Safety incident rate and resolution time.
