Job Purpose: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead QA initiatives across feedstock sourcing, Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) production, and Fermented Organic Manure (FOM) manufacturing. The role will ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and process consistency across multiple plant operations. The incumbent will define quality standards, develop SOPs, conduct audits, and manage laboratory functions to meet internal and statutory benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and implement QA strategy across feedstock, CBG, and FOM units.
2. Oversee sampling, testing protocols, and quality documentation.
3. Lead audits (internal, supplier, statutory) and corrective action planning.
4. Ensure compliance with BIS, PESO, CPCB, and other applicable norms.
5. Drive continual improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Chemical Engineering.
2. 12+ years’ QA/QC experience in bioenergy, food processing, or chemical sectors.
3. Strong leadership, documentation, and regulatory knowledge.
