Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to oversee the planning and scheduling of large-scale bioenergy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, aligning with engineering, procurement, and construction phases. This role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution, risk mitigation, and resource optimization. The planner will also track progress, analyze deviations, and report on project health to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
2. Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
3. Perform critical path analysis and progress tracking.
4. Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies.
5. Support project reporting and dashboard updates.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s in Engineering or Project Management.
2. 15+ years of experience in project planning, preferably in energy/infrastructure sectors.
3. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Key Technical Skills: Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI, SAP PS/MM (desirable), Earned Value Management (EVM), Risk Analysis Tools (e.g., @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis)
