Job Purpose:

1. Manage Research Farm Activities for identified land parcels

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with subject matter specialists across the country and ensure varietal development to enhance yields.
2. Maintain the R&D trials of various varieties of Hybrid Napier and other Bio Energy crops and timely cultivation practices.
3. Validate SOPs on Package of practices and improvise them for optimal yield.
4. To ensure supply of Quality seed stems to farmers in the identified geographies

Qualifications: M.Sc Agriculture/PhD Agriculture - Agronomy/Pathology/Genetics

Key Requirements:

1.   2-4 years of experience, hands-on work experience in doing varietal development
2. Experience working on any agricultural farm or crop improvement.
3. Thorough knowledge in Field operations, Maintenance of Green Houses, Irrigation Systems.
