Job description:


Excellent In using Naukri portal and co-ordination with consultancies.

Good experience in BPO companies and consultancy.

Excellent in communication.

Should have good experience in handling End to End Lateral and Bulk hiring.

Screening the resume of the candidates based on Job description available.

Following up on the interviews process status.

Taking telephonic interviews.

Conduct the interviews F2F with Operations.

Maintain monthly reports for lateral hiring as well as bulk.

Maintenance of the documents of employees post joining.


Working days:

Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
