You are responsible for:

As a React JS Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain the front-end of the flagship travel portal of Reev.
• Collaborating with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in front-end development.
• Collaborating with the product and design teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in front-end web development with a focus on React.js.
• Proficiency in React.js: Hands-on experience with React.js, React Router, Redux (or other state management libraries), Hooks, and Functional Components.
• JavaScript/ES6+: Solid understanding of modern JavaScript features and best practices (e.g., async/await, destructuring, spread/rest operators).
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and Git workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or similar platforms).
• Responsive Design: Experience building responsive web applications using frameworks like Bootstrap, Material-UI, or custom CSS.
• APIs: Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and services..
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Added bonus:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications to cloud platforms with AWS.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
